Experience NH brings Granite Staters together with DC legislators, administration

WASHINGTON -
The best of the Granite State was on display in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday for the annual Experience NH event.
The showcase featured products and services, including food and beverages, from New Hampshire.
Featured items and organizations included the New Hampshire Food Bank, Port City Pretzels, Smoky Quartz Distillery and Echo Farms Pudding.
"This is a great way to promote New Hampshire businesses and to promote New Hampshire to people here in Washington, to decision-makers on Capitol Hill, to let them know all of the exciting things that are going on in our state," said Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H.
The lunch and dinner gave New Hampshire businesses and organizations the chance to talk with lawmakers and ask questions about policies that affect the state.
