Shaheen presses case for arms treaty (part 1)

In a speech on the Senate floor on December 17, 2010, Senator Shaheen spoke of the need to ratify the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty ("New START") given its vital importance to U.S. national security and widespread support for it among the country's military and diplomatic leaders, both past and present.
