Shaheen pushes for arms treaty's ratification

In remarks on the Senate floor on December 21, 2010, Senator Shaheen called on the Senate to ratify the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty ("New START") to restore America's ability to inspect Russian nuclear facilities.
