SHAHEEN: VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN ACT MUST PROTECT ALL VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Senator Shaheen spoke at a press conference to affirm her support for the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and urge the House of Representatives to pass the bipartisan, Senate-passed version of the bill. Shaheen said the House version of the bill strips critical provisions for victims of domestic abuse, specifically for victims on college campuses.
