SHAHEEN STATEMENT ON PASSING OF JIM FINNEGAN

(Washington, D.C.) – U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) released the following statement today on the passing of retired Union Leader editorial writer Jim Finnegan:

“Jim Finnegan was a strong and colorful advocate for the Union Leader's editorial positions and conservative causes. Agree with him or not, he was an influential and important voice in New Hampshire for decades. My thoughts and prayers go out to Jim’s entire family.”
