Summer: June 1st to August 15th (Application due March 15)

Internships in Washington, D.C.
Internships in Washington, D.C. provide the opportunity to see first-hand how a Senate office functions. Interns in the Washington, D.C. office will take part in a wide variety of activities in the legislative, administrative and communications departments, and all participants are encouraged to take advantage of the many resources available to Senate staff, such as committee hearings, briefings and lectures. Interns will also assist with administrative duties, including staffing the front desk and giving tours of the U.S. Capitol.

Internship in New Hampshire
Internships in New Hampshire give a special perspective on how a Senator works on the local level to serve her constituents effectively. Interns are able to take part in a wide variety of activities in support of the Administrative, Constituent Services, and Projects & Policy departments of the New Hampshire office. Interns will also assist with administrative duties and specific responsibilities may vary depending on the interests of the individual.
