Canterbury, Lisbon and Bedford all recognized by U.S. Department of Education

(Washington, D.C.) – U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) congratulated three New Hampshire schools today as they were recognized as 2012 National Blue Ribbon Schools by the United States Department of Education. Canterbury Elementary School, Lisbon Regional Middle School and Memorial Elementary School in Bedford were all honored for their academic achievements.

The young people in New Hampshire are our next generation of engineers, inventors and creators and I commend everyone at these schools for their commitment to creating a brighter future.”
