Shaheen Responds to NH Superior Court Injunction on Voter Suppression Bill

(Washington, DC) – U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) issued the following statement after the New Hampshire Superior Court issued a preliminary injunction on Senate Bill 3, state legislation that infringes on voting rights in the Granite State: 

“In New Hampshire, we have a proud history of free and fair elections. The New Hampshire Superior Court sided with New Hampshire voters today. No eligible voter should be denied access to the polls in our state,” said Shaheen. “The court made the right decision by putting the voting rights of Granite Staters above debunked claims of voter fraud.”
